I'm still waiting for the winter to come so I can start at the winter season job I wrote about in my last post but that gives me more time to work on my coming book. It's not just writing. It's also a lot of research. It's so interesting.
I'm reading about metabolic adaptation, about reverse dieting, about restoring of the metabolism. All that nerdy kind of stuff I find so fascinating.
Some days just go by with me sitting at the computer reading and researching (well, of course with breaks where I'm out running with my dog plus going to the gym). Most days now pretty much look like this: Get up, work on book, run, work on book, go to the gym and lift, get home again and rest or work some more, go to bed. In there in between I have some coaching clients I work with. I do look forward to getting started at that job and getting to know new people, get out, but I also do enjoy really getting deep into the subject of my book and writing and getting ahead with that project.
If you want to follow along and read about my book I have made a homepage:
